Meg Wright is a CrossFit Level-1 trainer and has been a CrossFit Warwick member since 2012. Meg joined the coaching staff in July of 2014. Fitness has always been a part of Meg’s life: she played soccer and track in high school, rugby in college and continues to play soccer in a women’s league now.
CrossFit has changed her outlook on fitness, exercise and diet. With the competition and community atmosphere, she finds nothing more rewarding or motivating. She is excited about teaching, growing and sharing her passion with the Intrepid Strength and Conditioning members.
Meg has her Master’s Degree from C.W. Post in School Counseling and also works as a Middle School Counselor.
