You’ll receive expert, direct coaching from Ryan Hansen, a seasoned coach with over 14 years of experience. This program is designed to help you achieve your fitness and performance goals, whether you’re training onsite at our gym or remotely from anywhere in the world.

Golden Bear Coaching combines personalized guidance with flexibility, offering both in-person and virtual options to suit your needs. Ryan works with you to create a strategy that goes beyond programming, focusing on coaching you toward success every step of the way.

Our classes are varied workout sessions incorporating functional movements like weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. We slowly introduce Intensity when form and technique are on point. It begins with a warm-up, followed by a coach-led workout of the day (WOD). Our coaches will guide you on technique, safety, and motivation. The session ends with a cool-down to aid recovery. Our aim is to improve overall fitness levels and foster a supportive community among members.

WEIGHTLIFTING

The Warwick Weightlifting Club is a community dedicated to Olympic weightlifting. We offer a top-notch training hall , expert coaching for technique improvement, and a supportive environment for members focused on excelling in snatch and clean and jerk lifts. Alongside on-site training, we provide remote coaching via the TrueCoach app. Additionally, our coaches actively support and guide members at local and national competitions we attend.

YOUTH Training 

Our Youth Training Program is designed to empower the next generation of athletes by combining athletic development and Olympic weightlifting. Tailored specifically for young individuals, this program emphasizes strength, agility, and endurance while fostering physical development and preparing participants for college readiness.

Whether you’re aiming to compete or simply want to become fitter and healthier, this program is for you. With expert coaching and a state-of-the-art training hall, we focus on enhancing technique in lifts like the snatch and clean and jerk, alongside building overall athletic performance. For those who choose to compete, our coaches provide unwavering support, guiding athletes through local and national competitions.

This comprehensive program ensures holistic growth, helping youth succeed both on and off the platform.
