PROGRAMS

Our classes are varied workout sessions incorporating functional movements like weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. We slowly introduce Intensity when form and technique are on point. It begins with a warm-up, followed by a coach-led workout of the day (WOD). Our coaches will guide you on technique, safety, and motivation. The session ends with a cool-down to aid recovery. Our aim is to improve overall fitness levels and foster a supportive community among members.

WEIGHTLIFTING

The Warwick Weightlifting Club is a community dedicated to Olympic weightlifting. We offer a top-notch training hall , expert coaching for technique improvement, and a supportive environment for members focused on excelling in snatch and clean and jerk lifts. Alongside on-site training, we provide remote coaching via the TrueCoach app. Additionally, our coaches actively support and guide members at local and national competitions we attend.

YOUTH WEIGHTLIFTING

The Warwick Weightlifting Club Youth program is dedicated to nurturing young talents in Olympic weightlifting. We provide an excellent training hall , expert coaching for technique enhancement, and a supportive environment for youths focused on excelling in snatch and clean and jerk lifts. Our coaches actively support and guide young athletes at various local and national competitions.

YOUTH STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

The Intrepid Strength and Conditioning Youth Program integrates specialized exercises tailored for young individuals, emphasizing physical development while also preparing participants for college acceptance. This program combines age-appropriate training with a focus on enhancing strength, agility, and endurance, aiming to support both athletic performance and academic pursuits, fostering holistic growth for college readiness conditioning.

PERSONAL/SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Intrepid offers personal and small group coaching both onsite and remotely. Personal coaching involves one-on-one sessions tailored to individual goals, while small group coaching involves a few individuals working together. Onsite coaching happens in person at our gym, while remote coaching allows flexibility through virtual sessions using online tools. We aim to support our clients’ fitness goals whether they prefer in-person sessions or the convenience of remote coaching.
